After joining Ctrip, what training programs and development opportunities are available?
A: Ctrip attaches great importance to the training and development of fresh graduates. We will allocate mentors and partners to each student, and according to the training requirements for each department, assist you to join the company and team as soon as possible. In addition, as a technical/business team, the backbone of the talent pool, graduates will receive training in corporate culture, business knowledge, all kinds of development and application technology (such as technology jobs), in order to fully understand the company's business, technical distribution and process management. We will also divide students into "technical training students" and "management trainees". There is a training program for campus enrollment, with additional resources to support rapid growth. In terms of overall personal career development, the company provides expert, management and other development paths for selection.
What is the schedule for Ctrip employees?
A: The base time for Ctrip employees is 9:00-18:00. Flexible work is implemented in technical posts, with the core work time being 10:00-16:00. The average working time for the month is 8 hours per day.
What kind of language is used in technical jobs?
A: We mainly use Java\C#\C++\C, etc., but this varies according to team's own priorities. In the written and interview stages, we pay more attention to solid basic skills. We believe that the mastery of language is interlinked, and the company will provide the platform and training to help you to master the language and tools you need to use in your work.
